The character image is just so pretty! Great choice. Like in your previous wall, your vectoring needs a bit work, but you'll be a pro soon. I can tell you got the spirit ^-^. I think that the background is kind of floaty... like the vector of the girl and roses are very 2D. As to where outer-glow and cloud like filter in the back hover. I still like how the character grabs my attention. Good job, keep it up!

Very nice vector for one of your first.
but i see problem with jagged lines, its kinda eye killing
so i suggest you blur outlines the little like 0.3 radius or such
but don't overdo cause it would look bad.
other than that i think the roses stand out to much so i would desature them a little too
