As an animation, Bakemonogatari has a simple, clean art style. But the guest illustrations for the series are anything but simple! So, it's great to see that °Tens took on a more complex illustration and made it his own with vector gradients so fine at points it more resembles painting that vectoring. (~_~) emoticon Well, I'm fianlly finished with this wallpaper, it was not hard to do but, I decided to take my time on this wallpaper. Since I took my time while creating it gave me chance gane a better understanding on how to apply textures to an image.

This wallpaper consists of twenty-nine layers in total.
Background ----- 13 layers
Zetsubou-sensei ----- 15 layers
Watermark ----- 01 layer

( []-[])9 emoticon I happily want to mention that I colored Zetsubou-Sensei myself. Before applying him to the wallpaper I had to color his skin on separate psd before transferring it to the wallpaper psd. The rest pretty much followed after that.

I like the interesting mix of grungy-ness and colors in this wall; I can tell you paid attention to applying the brushes and textures. I kinda wish there weren't those dots in his hair but other than that, it looks cool! Nice job and keep it up! :)

Nice wall indeed,agree with alenas about the grungyness :)
Dots on his hair are a bit too much,so is the texture around him...I think he needs to be solid to stand out more,not faded in the bottom,but nice wall overall

WOW. Great second wall! I love the busy BG. It really compliments the title and it contrasts very well with the character. Great job!

I like the colors in the wallpaper and the grudgey look your going for. The word texture on the back everywhere is a good idea, but I do think it's a big to strong and over powering compared to the main scan.

Oh man! I'm gonna give you a favorite! I wish that embossed edge wasn't there though! Looks kinda weird with the transparent menu bars that OS X has! I love the detail that has gone into the background! That text overlay is very sweet! This kind of background really suits this show and I'm sure others who have seen it will agree! Lovely work!

the grudge looks super awesome! And i love the ample use of colors, nice to see a non-black wallpaper for once XD Or maybe ive been collecting too many of those...
