Okay people I got a vision when I got this scan from Anime Paper. I really love the episode of chobits when she gets the book "A town of No One" and hideki has to buy it for her, even though his dead broke smiley > D lol I got inspired by it. I really love that character in the book. So, I got an idea to make it. I vector the character in illustrator then I vector the background in photoshop. I edited certain flaws of the cute vector. The building was done from scracth (spell check)
