As an animation, Bakemonogatari has a simple, clean art style. But the guest illustrations for the series are anything but simple! So, it's great to see that °Tens took on a more complex illustration and made it his own with vector gradients so fine at points it more resembles painting that vectoring. I love nakamura < 3
yeah' finally... i managed to pull this one off, seems like i still have some ideas! ^o^'
anyway... some maybe familiar with the "kiss" phrases, yeah i got them on TV XD
...
and so happened i was browsing my folders for scans' the tv downstairs was loud, i heard this phrase "KISS AGAIN" from National Geographic' and so happened the scan in front of me was yeah' the fish kissing the girl from Nakamura's art (again). Yeah so i started doing it (stop the "it" bad thoughts XD)

there's a green version, but i personally like blue better ;)
i'll upload it later ;)

i love your style, that shade of aquamarine always looks gorgeous on the desktop, though i think the text is kind of boring--i think its too thin for this type of wall and the line-height should be smaller. and i think some less opaque text behind it would make it blend more--either that or some lines/bars/rectangles. also think that the green of the fish needs a bit more saturation to fit the bg color. also, anyway to get the texture less black?
but all in all, i love this wall--the fundamental design looks great and its cute :3

Beautiful composition. I would had picked another font, this one looks rather...boring (although, a crazy font does not go well with this one too. Helvetica Neue would look good though I don't know if you could tell the diference).
