As an animation, Bakemonogatari has a simple, clean art style. But the guest illustrations for the series are anything but simple! So, it's great to see that °Tens took on a more complex illustration and made it his own with vector gradients so fine at points it more resembles painting that vectoring. Second time that i post this wallpaper. =D The first time i prematurely submitted it and got some negative papers... I hope this time i do it the right way. lol...

First of my wallpapers based on the characters of X/1999.

Karen Kasumi was a natural choice cause of her power (control fire) and all the sad and tragic background that surrounds her.

I wanted to play with the contrast of the white and black against the bright yellow and red to have a more "drastic" feeling. I've always felt that manga scans of X would be an excellent source of wallpapers...so let's see what's gonna happen. The next one that i'm do is Yuuto Kigai.

Any comments will be GREATLY appreciated as I'm a newbie here and I'm trying to make it right this time.

p.s: is it my signature the way it's supposed to be? Anything missing so I can post to the next step?

I think you successfully create the fire and making it contrast with the black background. The fire looks almost like a real fire. The text there, the font's really cool. I would suggest you submit a larger resolution, since most people now use larger screens.

I really love the idea of your wall, the effect/impact of it altogether is very good! My only complaint is the small resolution!
Anyway, keep up the nice job!
