This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
Nyaa, that's wonderful, the BG behind is nearly perfect >_<, love the wing behind her and all the effect you put on this one, the scan is also a touch >_<. yeah but a lil more contrast will make that more beautiful ^^. but overall is soo nice. keep it up ^^
I've been looking for walls of this series!
Excellent wall, it's an awesome shade of blue. ^^
I really love how the wings & scan blend into the BG in places.
lovely effects, keep up the excellent work!
^^
The character looks like she's almost fading into the background and perhaps pulling you in… I like it. The transition from character to background is much better than what I see in most papers, making it appear more balanced.
The image is pretty, that's obvious :D And the background is pretty nice too, the effect created by contrasting blue and white. Gives the picture a soft look to it. Great Work
