Well, first, this is too grainy and blurry. xD and in your description, it doesnt say that you added a texture of any sort, so i think that the character should of been cleaned or even better, vectored. also the characters extraction is kinda poor. The tone of blue you used is too saturated looking. and the brushes are too much. imo, there should be less snow with more of a variety of sizes. it looks like you used the original brushes that come with ps for the sky's stars, really, if you want to use brushes i would suggest finding a nice star brush on dA or something. also, i would remove the guy there, imo the wall would look much better with him. and i would also remove the tree on the right. its a nice idea, but needs some more work, try spending more time on your walls and im sure theyll be rly nice, remember, quality over quantity.
