Another sailor wall from you? Your vectors are clean, but they're also a tad flat. Work on their lighting/shadows to create a better sense of depth. Also, when there's a waterfall, there are some splashes somewhere... ^__^;

Wow, pretty scene! I really like the gray-blue of the background with the colorful flowers. If I saw this background before I made my Sailor Moon wallpaper, I would have asked you if I could copy it for my own wallpaper XD

For a while now, I've been thinking that your wallpapers were lacking a little something, but I wasn't quite sure what. And I finally figured it out! I think your walls would look more interesting if you made some finishing touches like adding a duplicate, gaussian-blurred layer and then setting it to overlay or soft light. Also, adjusting the contrast and levels helps. I tried to do these things with your wall, but in my version, I think I blurred it too much and Neptune's hair changed colors XD I think doing those finishing touches brings more life to an image. However, if you don't like doing that, then it's your choice!

Anyway, I really like the scene, despite some errors, so fav!
