My 2nd black lagoon wallpaper [and there arent enough of them out there!] Probably my first ever wallpaper using all vectored images. i did the vectors previously, but didnt plan to use em together like this... Ever since i saw Rocks' face in that one episode i was like "daym i have to use that somehow..."
GASP! what is that you say? MTL is using a big head!? No-no, this is a little different since the full effect of his expression can be felt with just half his face. The direction of his eyes were important in creating the composition because i wanted his eyes to lead the direction of the flow onward.
Rock has very simple clothes, and what makes it stand out is the teal/seafoam green color of his tie, of which i decided to use as one of the main colors in this thing. Yellow was a good 2nd choice and i dont think any other color would have looked as good to cover the negative space.
Where's Benny? you ask...well his red shirt just stood out so much that i couldnt stand it, so he's absent in this one. maybe next time...
K-Mart was a random odd inspiration, so shot out to them. >_>
Note: flip this wallpaper in any direction you desire and it should look interesting. wether its flipping horizontal, vertical, 180, etc. More experiments like this coming in the future.
