Its a long Time Since my last Wallpaper so it took a while making that one because i had problems about thinking ove the Background and what kind of Wallpaper it will be
I used that Scan

On the scan i used like always a Dream effect, like that i could make the color more intense.
For the Background i used a smoke tutorial but in the ned it didnt looked like i sould but it wasnt bad either so i let it like it is.
The most ime i spend in Was extracting The Magna Carta 2 Logo and the scan since i not really trust the pen tool in some things
