After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!

So there's a small story behind this wallpaper for people who want to read this.

This is the first wallpaper that I've submitted to Animepaper, I'm kind of nervous and such. It took me from 8 hours to complete, mostly because I had to clean the original scan (which had ugly colours, a terrible yellow outline around everything, and text all over). The theme I picked was for a "dirty street" feel with some yellow in there to contrast the purple and make that "rich" look. Haha, the guardians and their bling ;)

I like the colors and it's overall effect. It's so street theme. However, upper graffiti is quite vivid which lost focus on subject/s. Anyway, you've done a great job.

(I hope you there will be more bigger resolution like 1680x1050)

I think that those Wallpapers made, with dedication and time...are precious even if you years later..You despise it...Bravo! congratulations..

This is very "chic"..and elegant..the gray..is Sophisticated...
but be careful, because..is rare..humm...not right..cut a character like in you wallpaper, on the left side, rest importance to the character...and yei! is a good graffiti, is it would be more big--maybe centred, but like that, make that sensation of a wall...street.

Congrats for your first AP wall! I really like how it looks like they're in an alley with that shadow on them! The graffiti and "dirty street" theme works really well with what they're wearing, haha, though I don't really like the placement of the graffiti for some reason. Or maybe I just think that there should be more variety in it? I don't know if it was intentional or not, but a bit of graffiti extends into Gokudera's hair XD. Oh, and good job on cleaning!

I wish the cow (lol, what was his name again) and Yamamoto weren't as cut; it makes the wall look like it was cropped at the sides. But I know it was like that in the original! Maybe it would look less cropped if their legs were cropped to their knees. 8O

Oh, do you mean that you want to submit smaller resolutions of the same ratio? AP automatically creates smaller resolutions for you if you submit a file larger than the smallest resolution. Or do you mean that you want to submit a 4:3 (standard) version of this wall as well?

That's a very nice wall you made!! I'm not too familiar with walling techniques, but I must say this looks decent. Sorry I can't give any other feedback. Keep up the work! Oh.. And try to release the wall in more dimensions. (Post a 1280x800 one!! XD)

The scan and characters look excellent as the vectoring. That is perhaps the hardest part (well, at least more time consuming). I like the general idea, but I don't like the lightning. It doesn't really bring focus to the characters nor totally set a theme either. It just makes it seem dark on the bottom.

Anyways, look forward to seeing more walls!

I agree with most of the comments above! The wallpaper style is a little bit dirty, but I actually like the feel it gives. I think you captured the mafia theme that is shown in Katekyo Hitman Reborn perfectly with this wallpaper! I really like your walls, keep it up! :)

I think you made the guys looks really good. I only wish that the graffiti stretched across the entire background instead of being so separate like that. Otherwise, good job. I wouldn't have thought this was your first wallpaper.
