I had this wallpaper planned since around last month. This was a request from Himeno-chan again. She's so nuts about Cagalli-sama that she begs me to make her wallpapers of her. I came across a beautiful scan of Cagalli-sama and Akatsuki from the manga and decided to use that.
The background is composed of grunge, vector spirals, and random paintbrushes. With a good mixture of texture and effects, I was able to create a wood wall background. As requested by Himeno-chan, I just followed her ideas and created this wall. The colors were also her idea, but I did all the work.
