lol i was not online a few days XDD soo here is my excuse XD no not really... i was very busy T_T you know the University and i was without internet for 5 days /(-_-)/~ emoticon

so i was cheking my scan downs ^^ and found this wonderfull scan so i started to work on it.
Scan:

then i vectored it it took me about 1 day, then the most hard part ^^ the BG, i was searching for Japanese stuff and to use it has an inspiration you know colors, textures, clouds styles, and then this was the result ^^ i am very happy for it and i hope you guys like it too (n_n)-b emoticon

TIme 3 days (1 day for vector and the rest crashing my head to think on the BG XD) t(>_<t) emoticon

may i ask what happened when you vectored the face
it seems a little out of balance

I love the design.
A few things: His face looks funny, the clouds look too uniform, and the background looks kinda of too flat (outline it too? and the hair). I understand how the artwork of this series looks sort of like a collage, but your wall doesn't have that feel. Maybe add some textures? I also think you should have used some darker colors for the background.
But nice work(:

I like how the fan is semi-transparent; I almost didn't notice that at first. :D The textures and colors are also really cool. The concept and composition are nice, but some of the lines look weird to me. Some look stroked and others look more variable. The face also lacks detail compared to the rest.

The face does seem a bit off but overall I really like the colors and the traditional Japanese stuff like the semi-transparent fan, the motifs and the sun in the background. Nice one, Lev! :)
