After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!

Here's my first wall. The character has been re-drawn and the original background image has been manipluted quite a bit with additional elements and re-touching. Hope it cuts it.

Update: I have now changed the sky and made changes to the leaves (more transparent) and Serizawa's shadow =]

The sky looks a bit weird though, but overall it looks nice!
Although the background doesn't match the scan since she dresses like it's summer yet the background looks like it's the fall season : D

Nice wall. I like the cool colours, but the perspective ruins things. She kinda looks like she's falling over

The sky and the mountains arent doing much for me, but I love the way you used the leaf brush on top of the tree... that's really fresh =]

Very nice work on the tree leaves and on the background in general, i don't like the brush used to outline the character, too hard imho.

The character has been redrawn quite well, but I thought the sky looks a little funny...it doesn't really reflect the direction of the sunlight that is cast on the tree. Perhaps it might be better to blend the blue tones in together or make the tones lighter? Perhaps adding a little more shadow to the girl so that she can fit in more realistically into the picture.

But I like the color of the tree and how it complements the color of the girl's clothes. The fonts are also very appropriate and I like its color scheme with the brown-black color of the ground.

Your first wallpaper is very nice! Great job! =)

Thanks for the feedback peoples.. much appreciated. To me, at first, i thought the sky looked quite different to what you normally see so thought i would leave it. However, it does make it look somewhat out of perspective.. something i gotta look out for in future walls '_^ ..and i might give a softer outline brush a try too.

btw the leaves on the tree was just pure coincidence as i was just playing around with trying a swirling effect, but that looked to busy for the setting =) ciao.

I love the wall, though the sky is kinda...off? I'm not too sure how else to explain.

Though I love the color of the tree - contrasts the girl quite well.

Maybe the weather changed in one day, like it did where I am! I do agree the sky could of done better with maybe a brush, it looks cutout and doesn't fit the rest of the wall. But the tree is really done well and I like the grass as well. The girl was redrawn very well as well. Its a very nice concept and executed nicely, great job~

Hmm...everything looks good from the thumbnail. The scenery and scan are very colorful and pretty.
However, at a closer look, the sky doesn't look natural and the leave brushes on the tree don't fit too well. The bottom half looks awesome, though, just need to fix up the tree and sky. Other than that, it looks nice :)

WOW amazing!! I adore adore adore the sky blue highlights reflected on her hair- it's so great and artistic. just one complaint- the bright/flourescent blue maple leaves seem a bit too much- either take it out or do a bit less of them (like the small ones are fine)

Good job for a first wallie... you put lots more effort into your first than I did into mine, I think =P The colors look nice in the thumb but in fullview... way, way too much use of that leaves brush, they look really unnatural and stick out an awful lot in this scenic wall. The clouds also could look fuller than they do now. Good call on the colors though, and pretty nice photo manip *^.^* Keep it up! XD
