Really nice wall!
I like the texture and effect of rain.
I'm glad to see these characters who are not often shown in wallpapers.
Just one thing: the text is too big and too vivid.
Otherwise, it's a good job!

Idea's pretty nice but you added wrong effects >.<
first the rain...it'll be better if you blurred brush strokes instead of filters
then if it was more colorful
and last the text is totally unnessacery and distracting

Cute idea giving your naruto wall the whole spin city look. I was able to recognize the comparison right away! Anyway, you did the rain effect well and the font and such is pretty similar too, good job!

Looks like a poster of a movie, good idea and nice concept btw, the vectoring looks awesome too. Overall it's a great work, and a textless version would more great. Keep up~

Really cool wall! I love the idea and concept of it all. The rain effect looks really good and the vectors are excellent also.
Like btimnz said before, a version without the text would also look really cool, but IMO, this way, probably, looks a little cooler.

One more fan here of Sin city... Usually, i don't like text on a wallpaper... But...! I have to desagree with the comments before. If your idea form the begginning was to imitate the Sin City poster, this fonts are really well used and placed. So i have to say i liked it.
Still, and because i guess it won't be too troublesome, you can do and post a version without the text to be up to everybody to decide

This is pretty awesome, it has that sin city feel to it.
[although i didn't like the movie, the idea and creativeness of
the movie is still present and very effective.] My only qualm
with this wallpaper is just this... SAKURA DOKU DESUKA!!

I like your concept, though I've never seen Sin City, I've seen 300, which was by the same director, if I'm not mistaken. I think that you could have gone a better way with it though. Your colors are kind of off, I think that you should improve on them more and try to give it more vibrancy, while still maintaining your original look. You went a little much on the rain effect there, so you should tone it done somewhat, so that it doesn't crowd the entire thing.
