This is not a bad wall! just a few things
i think the text and the blood are out of place, they clash with the mood and it would really be better to experiment with a serifed font in white with some points of contrast.
i love the bg, i dont know much about filters but it looks pretty good to me. the vector that you used though is a bit too purple, adjust the color balance to more cyan to fit the bg more >D, some texture or something would be nice on the vector too
and over all i think you need to add some lighting effects to the wall or at least the vector since it seems flat compared to the bg
a little more work could go a long way >D i think you have yourself the beginning of a nice wall ^^
