This is luffy in his Afro style..
evrything in this wallpaper is vectored... I dont use scans... only snapshots..!
the picture of luffy was made by me.. out of 20 snapshots.. (wanted the most details as possible)
the BG was allsow vectored from a snapshot..
all of these was made in 100 layers and 90 paths...
im still didnt got the toes on luffy right...
The text "afro" , you have to forgive me but i am the worst as making texts..
However it all together makes an nice detailed wallpaper..

and it was a request for my brother who loves one piece

Well first of all, it's pretty good actually, only using snapshots and vectoring it ^^ but i think you might wanna emphasize on his afro more if thats your main point or theme for the wall...fluffier? more detail? lol...but yea, and also the feel of the wallpaper is sorta funny...simply cause of his pose and the background...it's not sorta a fighting stance..yet everything in the backgroud looks like it's in motion...but overall gj!

It's a bit too simple for my wallpaper taste but nevertheless, i do like luffy a lot and respect the mangaka for his numerous creative costumes and (hair-dos) for his onepiece characters and you've reminded us of such a costume. gomu gomu goodness.

O.O You put alot of effect and time into making this wallpaper!! 100 layers! Your vectoring is really really good!! =3 It's really nicely done. The background is really well vectored too!
I like the black outline around the character, makes him stand out alot. And the text below goes well with the wallpaper, because its a simple wallpaper, adding simple text will go better than a fancy text.

Afro Luffy, it's priceless. It's a simple wallpaper, none the less. Everything is quite clean. For Luffy, It wasn't exactly my first choice, but the it's really good placement after I look at it a little bit.

Humm.. love the Afro Luffy.. but it's not really my taste in wallpaper. some parts are realy sharp, others are blury. It looks to much like a patchwork of different images that have been cut and pasted.
