I drew this piece ages ago for a birthday card that my mum was making. I liked the sketch so I decided to trace over it in Illustrator and make it into a wallpaper. The background was traced from an old woodblock print of Mt Fuji I found on the internet and the tree's came off of the top of my head as I felt the image need more depth. Don't ask me what time of day it is because I have no idea... I just felt like making the sky pink (_/).. People had suggested to me to make the sky a more normal colour but I really like it like this.

I added the tree in the foreground as Yina suggested I should do. The leaves were fun to do, I did a few in illustrator and then used photoshop to bulk them out, which worked quite well. She also told me to edit the arms to make them shorter. I tried and I failed so I decided to leave them as they were =()

Thanks to all the help everyone gave me on this (you know who you are) and I'm sorry it took me so long to upload it. It's been sitting finished on my computer for a long time but I hadn't gotten around to it until now.
