This was an unplanned wall actually. I saw the scan on my computer, and was like "ooh this would look good in a nice yellow field of flowers". *_* So i googled up a stock image for the background and adjusted it to fit the scan. The characters were extracted from this image here and i smoothened out the pixelatedness of it by slowly applying a soft smudge on each little piece of it with the help of my tablet. The next day i repaint over certain parts of the characters to adjust it according to the lighting in the background. Well smudging would'nt work, so i painted. Thanks to alenas for suggesting the lighting edits. I was too lazy to to take out my tablet to make the edits. So i painted with my mouse (yeah im weird for choosing a mouse over a tablet). Then i added feathers with this brush, edited the opacity and applied a glow on it to make it all sparkly and pretty like the background. 8D Thanks to Tsu for giving me feedback on the feathers. =)
