Ohh, it's so glowy and pretty. 
I think it's a superb use of the tilting effect, and the wispy clouds make it really really beautiful.
The only problem I have with it is that the wings don't look like they fit her. I mean, they look like something separate because of the shade of color, perhaps.
Other than that, it's great!
