*phew* I finally finished this. It took me almost two weeks but I finally completed it. *gets a glass of water and throws it in her face* I'M AWAKE!
I sacrificed video games, reading manga, and didn't go outside for five days in a row to get this vector/wallpaper done. I was worried about if I was able to do the background or not, so I rushed the coloring until I would get to the background (don't worry, I adjusted the color before I submitted this XD).
To answer any questions, yes, the background is completely painted. No filters, none. None at all. Absolutely...none. None. *coughs* Alright, I'll stop...XD
