Well, it's been a while since I've been inspired to do any sort of GFX, but suddenly I just wanted a new wall and I started working. I looked at a lot of tutorials as I was working on this, but none of them grabbed me and they all sort of turned into this. I really like vector brushes, and they make for some pretty simple walls, so I wanted to work with them again. The title and quote are a play on the poem by Dylan Thomas. The exact quote didn't quite fit, so I changed it a little bit.
I'd love any comment and some advanced critiques, I do have an another version of this wall, I may post it later if people feel this one is too simple or not simple enough.
"Yes, this might be a very intersting wall but i personally think the black borders are too thick." - microwar
I finally decided to stand my ground when I got this comment. I thought of fixing it at first, but then I remembered my original inspiration. The original quote is a metaphor for knowing that you're probably going to die, but refusing to go without a fight. Thus Yuki is being swallowed by the darkness around her, top and bottom and that's the way she stayed. Mostly a matter of perferance but I like it as is.
