The characters are Anita King and Hisa Hishiishi. This is the finished version of a wallpaper I made for the Script Refinery's 3rd wallpaper competition (my second R.O.D wallpaper btw). The first version of it was called "Welcome To Jinbo-cho". Named after the book store district in Japan from R.O.D the TV, the contest was to make the text part of the wall (notice "R.O.D", "Jinbo-cho", and "August199 Productions" in the background), but now that the contest is over and all, it just seemed like a good idea to add the extra title in along with my modifications. If you've seen the anime, it's really pretty appropriate to the scene I think.

Hey August! One thing I love about you is, you are a consistent ROD fan, I can always count on you to release the good walls 
. One thing I see wrong if the layer you made the lens flare on seems to have moved, creating a block on the left side... besides that its fantastic! Anita and Hisa are so cute

The color of character is not realy fit with the background......but it still a nice wallpaper...

I'm just going to come out and say it, what the hell are they standing on? I mean really. The text is a very cool text but for some reason I don't think it fits. Also if you look at the background around the edges you can tell where one stock photo begins and the other one ends. It's poor work and I know that you can do better then this August! I say get to work fixing mistakes and you get a favorite from me but not until you fix the problems that are so very obvious.

The background is nice, thoug instead of a photo, a drawed background of their school would be better. The characters are looking good together, they fit to the background well. The title is nice, though its black base takes much space from the image. Nice wallpaper.
I'll kick the asses of those, who are hitting on my spouse!

There aren't enough wallpapers that feature Anita and Hisami, especially with Anita reading. Using an actual picture of Jinbo-cho was a great idea.

Haha. Yeah, they dont look like they are standing on anything... lol. But anyhow, i love the effort you put into it XD haha lol. I really do, really. I love the bg stock, and the scans look nice.
