I like this! The darker colour of the background really helps to highlight the young lady in the foreground. I like the way you have used the light too. Nice colours as well! She looks very cute!

Everything is wonderful besides the font, the spray paint goes with the color scheme but try a different font.

Now that's a N.I.C.E. one!!!

First of all I like the scan very much. The girl looks very cute!
I like her ribbon with those bells on it and the katana.
(I like scans with cute girl wielding swords; especially if they are holding a katana... which is why I like "Shakugan no Shana" so much )

The background is amazing...
the sky looks almost real and the moon and the grass also look great.
The tree on the left looks unusual but I like it.

That filter you used gives your wallpaper a special touch. It makes it a unique one and it also defines it in my opinion.
I don't know what else there is to say except of:

E-X-C-E-L-L-E-N-T job you've done there!!!
