As an animation, Bakemonogatari has a simple, clean art style. But the guest illustrations for the series are anything but simple! So, it's great to see that °Tens took on a more complex illustration and made it his own with vector gradients so fine at points it more resembles painting that vectoring. ok first thanks for the vector to ~filo05 thank you!! :3

i got inspired from the OP of the ouverture season (at least i know 2 OVAS XD)
when i saw suigintou cutting the rose field my mind was iluminated! +*+
so i decided to make something similiar :D
and this is the result ^^

Suigintou wouldnt like it... hates roses, no?
anyway, i think the basic concept is very good, but looking a bit more closely...
-vector is ok
-background is simple yet very stylish and kinda fitting, ok
-font ok
-this leaves the roses, which are all the same, some slightly rotated, but obviously all exactly the same and thats somehow painful to watch
i dunno, but if there were at least 3 rose templates it might not have been noticeable...
maybe slight tone variations could help
another thing is that they end very abruptly in the back
by the looks of it, the roses stop about 5 meters behind her, which either puts there a cliff or renders this world very small
in fact, i think the rose field is not foreshortened enough - the roses in the last line are still too big to match the perspective

I think its a beautiful work! I like the whole scene the sky the rose field <3 emoticon suigintou! the vector looks amazing and the fliying petals are a nice detail!

Nice wallpaper. And nice idea but the flowers are cofussing me and the text in the background too.
For me is the walllpaper looking like she is falling down. The rose are like they are standing in a persvective that i can not imagine. But I love the wallpaper.

Nice wall.. really the roses are beautifull just think some green is missing... or maybe a darker wall well speacially a darker BG so the green wont be missing... adding some light effects on roses , but its a nice idea... love the wall...
