I think you could do without the drop shadow for the numbers on the clock and the text, it looks a bit strange and doesn't really fit with the rest of the wall.
Also, I'm not sure if it's supposed to be this way or not, but I feel like the boy is looking off to the left. I feel like he should be looking more like he's looking out at the viewer, like the girl. Maybe change his eyes a bit?

It's really such a cute piece of work~

I don't know why so few people faved this. ^^; I think it's really great! Sure, their faces (the vector) looks a bit off [maybe it's the shading], but I think you did great. I like the idea of the clocks, and I love the twins! So I'm faving. :) Good luck with your walling!
