After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!

First...I want to apologize for my mistake last night...I ended up submitting a wrong wall to AP (it was actually made just for MT) but I had such a bad flu and all dizzy so I forgot that ^^.

yesterday I came across this scan of Kara no Kyoukai..as always such a lovely scan

Then the idea just came to my mind and started working...First extracted the scan carefully .BG was alil hard to do.Some prats were painted and tons of textures and stocks plus some of my handmade brushes were used for BG.Did tons of adjustments in the end and last step added the text...
Best viewed in wide resolution!!
I liked the outcome of this and hope you like it as well ^^

What you saw a mistake,I was going to post an experimental version for someone in MT and ended up uploading it to AP OO..I know its rather unbelieveable but Flu had made me go mad and the world was spinning around my head XD..gladly nat noticed it and deleted after an hour !! thanks nat

Somehow the white layer in front is kind of flat and doesn't quite give that sense of depth. (More highlights/color variations maybe? Also not too crazy about the vector swirls on the right side. It sort of disrupts the grunge feel of the rest of the wall.

Otherwise the mood and colors are perfect. ^__^;

Beautiful job indeed, but I have to agree with puppychow16 on the swirls. Somehow they are not fitting so well. Everything else is perfect from the chara till the last spot.
(well, when I saw the thumbnail of the wall on the homepage, the first thing that popped in my mind was like: "it seems that KnK walls are just like Kino no tabi" - I mean that it is the other category, in which 99,99% of the submitted walls are exquisite, really high quality. It's rare to see that every new wall in a category is so beautifully done. So congrats on keeping the quality so high in this category with this wall!)

Really good setting for the female lead of Kara no Kyoukai. I actually haven't seen her use a sword before, so that's interesting. I've seen a few of the movies thus far though, and they didn't interpret her eyes as red ever -- that's the main thing that bothers me. Still gotta be accurate the series, but then again, artistic freedom...

Ooh, this is very nice. I like the composition and especially the colors used here. It looks as if the character is flowing through the grass, slashing it. The text is also very nice and subtle.

I really love the grungy style and colors. The color choice makes the wallpaper very elegant just with a grunge feel in it. The girl looks stunning on her fierce red eye.

Yay for another KnK wall!
I like the grunge, red eye, and the colors here.
Though the cut-off sword at the top kinda bugs me. And I kinda agree with puppychow about the white grass...the depth is kinda funky. XP
But it looks good overall. :)
