When I’m inspired to make a wallpaper, it’s always because I want to re-create a great picture (usually of a favorite character) that’s rough or obstructed in a scan. Once that’s done, I’m stumped at the background. I’m a sucky background maker. XD
So I experimented a little, doing this and that… I like sparkly/glittery stuff (shallow I know) so I decided to stick that in there, along with some pretty colors! -_-‘ Um.

This took about a month to do, only because I got so sick of it I only worked on it every few days. Actually, I estimate the character took about 8~ish hours, and the background about 3, experimenting and all. There were about 60-70ish layers.
