This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.

While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

I mixed this wallpaper up abit. At first it was Kyo smoking in the rain, then some other crap. Then I tried putting it in the grunge type and after a while of playing around and messing up I got this. I thought of how Kyo killed 1000 men and the blood on his hands.

It's alright. I think the lightning bolt should've been in the background instead of the foreground. It's quite grundgy. ^^ nice work

It's lovely! ^^ Although I think you should put the lightning in the background, as Liliamae said. You could try making your lightning a bit more realistic by using smaller brushes to paint it. Also, I think the wallpaper will look better without the glow around the character and the flowers, and without the dark red bar at the left side.

Don't get me wrong, you did a great job. :)

Yay, finally a SDK Wall! but I agree, the lightening bolt/smoke looks out of place, maybe it should be more transparent and dispersed. but still its a good wall, love that grunge + blood.

I especially liked his 'red' eye, gives him a deadly look, plus the 'stained' effect was kinda cool, great blood spatters too ^.^

I think the black and white works very well with all the blood splats. and the left position of the character gives it a good balance. The red eye is cool too. hmmm, I really like those blood splats, lol. very nice!

I loved the manga, and i only saw i think a couple episods, however i think i like the way the manga is better. i'm not sure why but don't get me wrong the series is good to. anyway i like your wall. it portrays kyo very well. don't add anything because then it might get too busy, then again you are free to do what you want with it. it was just my own opinion. good job though.
