Colors are wayy too oversaturated in this wallpaper. also, instead of spreading the title "candidate for goddess" out like that, it would look much more tech-trendy to have them in a neat collected place near the corner. i also recommend elaborating on the targetting thingy with more tech lines, and use a different color that's more comfortable to the eyes.

It's dark and moody and the feint tech element works well, but the main problem is the chara image quality. Some of them look like they're up-sized screenshots, which is just a no-no really - you need to vector them out if you're going to make small images larger. Also, the extraction isn't very tight in some parts (though that would drop away if you vectored).
