The LOVELESS artbook is just filled with beautiful images, but the one I loved the most was this image of Ritsuka:

I left the original funky outline on Ritsuka, it's not at all perfect but I think it fits the fragile garden I was aiming for. I added a cutout filter of Ritsuka to it so that it almost looks like paper. Next the plain bg of the original image really could be more so I added pink clouds and because there wasn't enough purple >.>;; I added purple clouds as well. I added a simple meadow effect I guess with foliage brushes and added some grainy textures for that as well. I used a stock image of a castle (just because castles are fun _-_) and basically simplified that and yes made it purplish! A lot of layers and a lot of purple but in the end I think it works. It's a makeshift garden that could fall apart at any second but it's bliss for that small amount of time :).
