The Story (don't read because its stupid)
whoa... its been a very long time since i submitted a wallpaper, this one is pretty old since i started it way back... like about a year ago... this is by far the most frustrating and crazy wallpaper I've ever had the pleasure of making because at first, it was suppose to be a different anime but ended up changing the whole thing... it was from "to heart" ----> "honey & clover" and i have to say that it turned out quite nicely... the background was the most frustrating part because i couldn't think of anything that could match with the character at the time... i even submitted it through session zero a while back and got some advice from a couple people but it didn't really help much... and so it turned into this...

The Information
its a simple vector style wallpaper using solid colors, patterns, gradients, strokes, etc.
I also gathered foreign elements such as the ribbon and altered it to my liking
I created new brushes and patterns
it has around 65+ layers using Photoshop CS2
