This is my first wallpaper ever, and it's gotten some nice feedback at session zero, so I finnaly decided to submit it. The scan is from minitokyo : http://gallery.minitokyo.net/view/34696/. It took me a couple of days to finish it, since I was kinda learning while doing it, but I'm quite pleased with the final result. And, btw, her name's Nakuru.

As always, comments, suggestions and anything really is very apreciated, thanks ^.~

AWWW VERY CUTE!! love the background work and the brush work next to her hair! great stuff on that! Flower brush is cute! great concept! THo the scan may need a bit blending with the background but other than that, very cute wall! Keep up the great work! Hope to see more form you!

I don't really like that light-thing on the left side. It looks sort of random. I don't think the words should be in front of her either, I almost didn't see them. The extraction can be a little better too. But overall, it's good for your first wallpaper.

That's a nice first wall you have there. I like the colors and their blending. I do think that the scan could have been extracted better and I'm not sure if that light thingy on her left is really necessary. Actually, I think the wall would look better without it that light thingy in it at all. The scan looks a little dull and could be better blended in with the background. Those are the only critiques and suggestions I have. That aside, the background is pretty to look at. Good job with that. Overall, it looks good for being your first wall. I hope to see more nice works from you. Take care.

I like your abstract background. The colours fits well with the render and I like the effect you've done with the render. That shinny light balls... The text is very well done, but could maybe at the top or on another side and not at the front of the render. Continue! That wallpaper was fine!
