It's not bad, but there are a few things I think you could do to strengthen it.
First off, the text is a little randomised. It almost feels a bit like you ran through your fonts to find a couple of cool ones and used those. It would be better if you made the styles more consist, or even used the same font. I'm not sure about the & in the top right. It felt initially like it was some random element, then I realised it was because it's "my hopes & my dreams" (I think). I would say try to think of these as more of a single phrase and bring them together more.
The composition on the wall is alos a little wonky. My big recommendation would be to search the web for something called "rule of thirds". It's a photography composition technique, but has great use when trying to decide where to put things in a wall.
What I would actually suggest is to make the scan form the background proper too the wall - Ie it's a full scene and then have the dotted box highlights and text on top of these. However, the scan quality and size may prevent this from bbeign practical, so I would definitely re-jig the composition.
I would also add some testuring into the background to make it seem less plain. This could be something that suggested waves or just a random texture. Lastly I would go with something sea-shell, rather than butterflys, since it looks like she's next to the sea. Maybe you could combine these last two and have a pattenr created from sea-shells?
I dribbled on a lot there, but I hope it gives you some stuff to think about :).

It's good. pretty nice actually. it's just that the clouds look to "stocky" to me as though they were obvious stock photos. probably using the dodge tool and a little help from smart blur would do a trick or two about it.
the floor tiles look awesome... cascading pilars are a boo though. it needs some work.
