Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!

Two days ago,I started watching this anime,and got totally addicted to it!And I was surprised that there aren't any good walls in the category(except the Maka wall made by Temari-chan,ofcourse ;) )
This wall is completely vectored...I used brushes only to make the fog in the bg...
Although it was completely vectored,it was the easiest vector I've ever done...characters are really drawn simply and I think that anyone could do a vector like this...
I made the wall for maybe 20 hours...as I said,it was really easy...

Indeed it seems on the first glance rather simple. I like the idea behind it since I prefer walls with either action or scenary over walls where you see one girl/boy/couple on some abstract background.

The vector is clean and the moon is quite ok. Even though the background is "simple" as well, it suits both the style of the anime as well as the overall drawing style. This way you don't even have to smoothen the shadows of the vector layers. Last but not least I like this wallpaper, because of the fact that it doesn't have any text besides the typical signature text.

Thank you for sharing a wallpaper such as this one with us. Too bad this one doesn't have a widescreen version of it.

You really did a great wonderful job on this! The colour Looks good and the moon looks really well |(n_n)| emoticon The background looks a lil plan But I think in all and all it looks Sharp and clean and is a fantastic wallpaper oh and simply love the blood effect .(n_n). emoticon

woohoo! another cool wallpaper of Soul Eater!
i love the scan as ever! love the poses of those three!
the wallpaper is totally great since the outlines are totally
clean plus the colors are sharp though in deep pale
colors. The background is simple yet the one brings
the life of your background is the awesome and freaky
moon! I love how you vector it but i guess it would be
much freaky if you add more textures on it. Overall love
the whole vectored wallie! too bad no widescreen versions
of this wall but anyways great job! +fav!

I honestly don't like this wallpaper. I feel that it is just too cluttered, and there's too much going on in the scene. The colors run around all over the place for me, and that makes it more unappealing to look at. I think if it was simpled down a little bit instead of how crazy it is, it might work, but then that goes against what the original concept was. I just think that with the color and designs being inconsistent, the wallpaper becomes too cluttered and crazy to really enjoy looking at it, and so I must say, this is one that I do not find appealing.
