Fantaaastic wallpaper. Love the background. I really like the bluish hue that you used as well. I wish you had made it at a higher resolution but it's alright nonetheless.

The background looks amazing! You did a great job with it.
Though the sash,or whatever that is o_0, looks a little weird and 'out of place' with the whole wallpaper. but that's just how I see it,

The font selection, which if I recall correctly from looking through fonts before, Bleeding Cowboys, AKA "that font a.f.k. uses for their own Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei" logo, works surprisingly well. You did a terrific job working on the moon since the last version I saw back in the under construction section, but the "stamp" looks worse. It still doesn't look very blended, and... however ironic it may seem, the "stamp" looks stamped on. The arrows or whatever they are on the left side of Ichigo seem very out of place. I honestly think they're the worst part of the wall. They seem kind of "copy and pasted" if I may say so without offending you, because I have no idea what method you used to get the arrows, be it copy and paste, drawn, whatever. The background still looks blocky, but I suppose without a vector artist to help you, there isn't much you can do about that without making it look worse. Well that's all I have to say... Congratulations again on getting this wallpaper accepted. =)
