This wallpaper is one of my older ones, but still its definetly one of my favorites.
I really like blending the colors in the backgrounds of my wallpaper and this certainly wasnt a exception.
The clouds were just the simple circular brush, and the zooming light 'arrows' were just the circular brush set on fade and then overlaid with a transparent circle on one end.

The scene is simply of a battlefield where the fire is headed at the enemy. This angel however is having second thoughts as she prepares to rain death on her opposers.
