Another piece by me.

I vectored the buildings, then created the night sky with fitting brushes and patterns and drawn the big cat.

I would like to devote this wall to ~alenas because this is the image of her country which I keep in my mind.

This really caught up my eye.
it's beautiful and also adorable. the only thing that looks weird to me is the horizon line. perhaps you could add the sky's reflection on the sea as well.
anyways, love it :3

You made several things absolutly right here:

About the wall. I love how you changed the scenery from the original scan. Great work on the vectoring, all lines are very nice and smooth. The background or better the sky looks incredible done, although I think that -kairi- has a point in her comment.

Overall a very nice work and I love the smaller kittie in here ^^

I've got to agree with -kairi- about the horizon line, but aside from that the wall is great. The lighting is very impressive too, I love the contrast. You also have a very unique way of doing drawing cats. 8D

You are incredibly talented, this is really beautiful!
The sea and the horizon are somewhat weird and make the wall look flat. I think the horizon line is stroked, so I think you should unstroke it and maybe add the sky's reflection, as someone else already mentioned.
But aside from that, the vectoring and the light effects are pure love!

This is so pretty! I thought the big cat was part of the scan. The vectoring is well done and so is the sky, its so beautiful. You are a very talented graphic artist and I really respect this work. I can't stop staring at it. It gives me a good feeling. I'm totally going to use this on my desktop!

Well as people have already said this is sweet it's calm it's cute but I think those things are secondary to the amazing craftsmanship you put into every wall you make, it's not just about pleasing the viewer it's about making something you yourself can be proud of, I could say this has a beautiful sky and the vectoring is truly tailored well, but since it's made by you it will always have a special place in my gallery of unique and amazing walls. A+ and a fav dear friend you have once again out done yourself and I'm proud to put this right up on my desktop just like I do all your walls.

Probably the most cute wallpaper with kitties, what I have ever seen. (except catgirls of course).
The colors are matching perfectly, the dark-blue gives it a really "cats night" feeling.
As was mentioed maybe the horizont is a little unmatching there.
But in overall for me a S rating

The kitties are ultra cute. Great. (maybe lolcats?)
