I used the scan below. At first I wanted only to extract the picture and use some textures and so on. But the quality was really poor, so I learned how to make a vector and I did it. It took me a lot of time, because this was my first vector but I really enjoyed it :)..

The background I’ve made by myself, I’ve been inspired by the blurred city lights.

And the text I just extracted from the scan and blended with the picture.
