well, i have finished this! haha
First thanks for the wonderful vector: Chloe-chan
i havent seen this series but the vector atractted my atention, and the perspective was very good and i wanted to give it a try making a background with the same perspective.
-I made the street and the wall and added some textures on them, then i put some graffitis on the wall, i didnt wanted to overcharged so i just put 3.
-drawed a waste basket (or trash...whatever) and then i vectored it.
-Vectored the street lamps.
-I put some snow on the lamps and on the street.
ok thats all!
