Mmm... i dont know what to say exactly... then, i'll describe how i did the picture :
i took scan of takamichi blue on Anime paper. I didnt know this artist, but it was like a revelation : i must do a wall paper with his draws.
i took the girl ( errasing fond ). i duplicate her and apply a filter on the duplicate. I oversize the duplicate. after, i placed the girl with the duplicate behind.
For the fond : i took an image on internet of a submarine view. I applide a big filter to change the apparance of this picture. I took a picture of an eclipse. I apply filter and inverted color. i placed all theses element on a new document 1600 X 1200. Afer, i mixed layer, apply a new filter, mixed again with the main image... and i converted it in JEPG quality 10.
