As an animation, Bakemonogatari has a simple, clean art style. But the guest illustrations for the series are anything but simple! So, it's great to see that °Tens took on a more complex illustration and made it his own with vector gradients so fine at points it more resembles painting that vectoring. I made this wall some time ago for minitokyo.net, and following some advices from some members of this community I'd made some upgrades to the wallie, I really hope everybody like it, this is my first job to the site, plz bring me some advices to improve my work(n_n)~ emoticon

The blue colors are a little gloomy but they are very cool. Orange colors in her hair and umbrella make her stand out. She is very charming.

I like the way you made the wallpaper the scan fit's perfectly with the background and the colors you use for the water and all the elements of the wallpaper looks really nice too ^_^

... mmm not bad..

but.. few things to have in mind..
image quality is a bit lost... looks very noisy
also water needs more work.. looks weird and doesnt fit the character style.. its more like 3d water.. and here we need 2d looks..

sky is ok.. could be better, but it fits as it is right now ^^

keep up the good work ^^

I love this! i love the style of the sky and the character and the colors are really nice :) very cute.
one thing though, I think the style of the water doesn't blend as well with the rest of the background. it looks a bit more 3d, and the rest of the picture is more flat. but still great job! adding it to my favs!
