Its been a while since I made a wallpaper. I actually have had this wall for quite some time making small tweaks and strokes at a time since I have been busy. I wanted to keep the main theme that was presented in the original scan. (The original scan be found in the death noted category.) But I wanted to give it my own look as well. I wanted to give it a more old western feel to it by making a stone wall and adding antique posters in the background. I wanted the background to highlight the character's attitude.

Nice wallpaper! The color scheme is very uniform and suitable for the look I think you were going for.

There is good continuity and blending between the background and the character in the foreground and I particularly dig the French posters and the overall setting of your wallpaper.

Ah, yes, the Wild West. I do like that feeling and the scan does match wonderfully with your background. It would have been nice to see another version...with a bar in the background or something but this is wonderful. :D
