Plain down right evil, for those who dont know who this artist is I believe he is the artist for DeathNote.I havent really made a dark textured wall, so I thought Id give it a try.+ I really liked this scan when I saw it randomly in the newer scans page. I actually did this wallpaper at about 2:30 in the morning a few days ago BUT during sig. time PS crashed and I lost it. SO here I am re-making it as well as I can. I havent really made a dark textured wall, so I thought Id give it a try. ALSO, I know the right side has empty space but I tried various things, textures, scratches, angles, pentagrams ETC. all of them lookd waay too akward. Overall, plain was better.

Edit: Fixed up some messy areas, tried to fix some blending and added text. Still, textless is nice. :)

He looks exactly the same as a Death Note character.
omg.
Well I wanted to wall him too,I suppose I m gonna have to do it later now,so it wont be a confusion.
Really nice texturing.The things that I dont like are:
1.char on the left?You had so much space.why left?
2.no text?You have so many space epty there.
3.blending.You could work on that too I guess a little more.
Besides that Its nice!

A nice and dark wall for the Night Watch... NICE! great wall, textures are good, i do agree with pastor though. to much space on the right, maybe the scan should be in the center or a bit a text instead. Just my opinion though, great wall dude.
BTW nice scan, hope the gallery is up on the resource thread over at Night Watch...

I don't think it looks empty... actually, I like it that way. Plus now it's a lot easier for me to find all my icons. Blending on his right (our left <<) arm could be better, but it's still a fav :3

I like t3h grungy feel of this wall. I feel it's a bit too grungy though... T_T

This wall kinda reminds me of the grunge walls from the old days. It's a shame that the old styles are dying out. Anyways, nice work. The texture work that you did here is pretty sweet, and the details stand out nicely. My only problem with the wall is that it looks good textless, but it's a bit too empty on the right side =\

With the text, the text is much too clean :x I suggest going over it with an eraser set at a lower opacity, to give it a decaying look to match the rest of the wall, ja?

Otherwise though, mmm, grunge 8D
