And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!

Apparently since I'm supposed to have these at MT, heres all the statistics:

Number of layers: 20
Brushes/effects/techniques used: custom made brush for petals, hdr bloom effect, painting stock photo, crap load of filters, stuff you wouldnt use

Difficulties and obstacles: Scan had a ton of stuff to recg, my laziness, school, world of warcraft
Time spent: 6 months
Personal judgement on how effectively the peice achives the original concepts: yeah it looks the way i envisioned it when i thought it up 6 months ago. yay me!

I started this wall around the same time i started the Angelic Afterglow one.
Not much to say other than i hate it.
Scan was a pain in the ass to fix.

oh yeah... its blurry. sue me.
and it uses trajan pro OH NOES.

Good Job. Nice Job on the background. I like the way they are positioned... I like the detail, but I think the background might be slightly too realistic. Overall great job!

It's so beautiful in that it really looks so realistic almost like a photograph of the girls. Love the self-made petal brushes and the colors overall are rich, warm and inviting. A real nice piece of work 6 months in the making, lol, beautiful job and a fave~

6 months? O_o on what? I mean..no offense but that looks like a filtered background and a scan pasted on top. Don't get me wrong...I love the whole image, and as simple as it may be its truly beautiful...but...still.

For me the only shota that's worth watching/reading is with a child and an aduld (rape is preferable, but not neseccery). Though for some reasons I didn't like Enzai...

I sorta agree; on the bg part.. looks like a stock-image slapped and filters.
But hell, i might be HELLA wrong for sure. If I'am, you can flame me.
Overall-its beauitful... A-S-I-A-N-S !

Gawd. The blurriness is actually sexy O_O Bg blends incredibly well with the 1337 extracted scan. The text can be a bit...more jazzed up in terms of bringing the whole composition together. Other than that, how much sexier can two ladies under sakura trees get? +fav

Hmm i thought this would get more reviews, but since it didn't i returned to put some input in...however useless lol.

wtf, extracting and cleaning takeshi okazaki must be some hard stuff. much respect, and i can see where it would take 6 months there. plus, it's red and shiny...automatic fav.

bit blurry...maybe if just a few things in the wall were sharper, and the chars smaller it would be more impactfull.

*slaps text off wall*

the biggest hesitation i have about this is the text...it's ugly, period.

Uhm, well, I happen to know where did the background come from,
and I do admit it looks as if you didn't put much effort into it.
But you did say that you're filtering it anyways.

Anyways, I do admit I have no idea about cleaning the scans, but I
do think it is a really hard job, since I have some experiences about
cleaning my own drawing too. And it's really hard.

I agree with annex, the text is the only thing that ruins the wallpaper.
Other than that, I think it's good. But I have this kind of feeling if
you have used the long haired girl only... It'll be much better.
But again, good job.
