In my opinion the flowers don't really fit with the orange colors but overall it's an excellent wallpaper.

Loved the oranginess of the wallpaper lol However, I'm afraid, I don't like the fact that you used those flowers at the edges of the background... to me they seem quite clashing with the rest (size, colors).
I think that I would also prefer to see a bigger Haruhi out there! Using an orange vector of her is a nice idea, but I think that you can still make more efforts at vectoring her.
The brushes used seem standart but they do it nicely I think...
What else to say?... well, I guess that I talked already too much, so keep up the hard work ^_^
