Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!

Hi. First time I make real ("real" >_>;) widescreen. Reason is that the image didn't leave enough space for bg /(O_O)/ emoticon

I found the screenshot at animestocks.com which I vectored.
When I made the bg I was inspired by the last episodes of the anime, Haruhi goes mad and Kyon must save the world or something likely (watch it and you'll get it).
Hmm.. everything is made by me from scratch, except a stockphoto (sky) as I used as a base in the beginning to get going. Then I developed the sky and made a more chaotic scene. The orange dots over the place is btw ember/glow if you didn't get it ^_^; I added it for giving a little more dramatic feeling, and make it less blue/contrasts great...

When I first saw this wall I thought that it was so unique and now seeing it up close I like it even more. The angle is just fantastic it makes you want to see more it draws you in, and the deep rich colors and impressive resolution add to the beauty. When I saw that weird looking thing in the background I had to take a few seconds to really see the concept and love the abstraction it makes it even more unique. Over all I think you did a great job :D B+
