This one's quite a nice wall for first submission. I like the background that you choose, and the arrows look nicely placed. The stripes too. Is Haruhi vectored? She look vectored to me.

I love how it looks like we (Kyon, lol) are on the ground in the middle of the street and she's strangling us as she pulls us up. I also like the purple in the background and the cleanness of the wallpaper. But I really don't like the arrows and perhaps the text as well because it takes away from the balance, hehe.
So this only took 45 minutes? Did you make the vector or create the background then? If you used somebody's resources, I think it's respectful to link back to them 8)

A nice clean wallpaper. Feels like Haruhi is popping out from the picture and grabbing your neck tie. The background is a little too complicated though.
