You should have changed the background....

So you decide to leave the brushes. It looks nice this way, and it's more clear this way and you can focus on Haruhi herself.

What is this? Scribbling of a one year old trying to colour a page? Well it does look like
it... it seriously does! *she is in outer space floating around in an ocean of colours and ribbons*
You can vector very nicely so you must be able to create just as good backgrounds right?
And even if you wanted to keep the bg real simple and clean you got the exact opposite
result here and if you wanted to go totally wild like when Pantera's guitars go insane and
all hell breaks lose then you just completely ruined that atmosphere and went ahead and
created something downright silly!
The bg is not grungy,does stand out a whole lot in a peculiar way,makes haruhi appear
weirder than she already is amidst the multicolour ribbons that appear to come out of her
finger. *a whoosh here and a whoosh there.. tada! see how bright and pretty the things come out are*
Why seaweed like decor and multicoloured of all things? I mean we're talking about music 'n
guitars right? some musical symbols in multicolour made more sense.
A stage with the proper instruments and then yes you could add funky lighting as in from the top lights and down lights but no not a disco ball...
Silhouetted band members and a silhouetted audience would sure work to bring her out as the lead in the wall and the focus would entirely be on her and nevertheless the bg would engulf the guests as well. A vectored bg would obviously be more preferable but you could work with a scanned bg well extracted that is.
Its not really that hard just look around a bit.One cannot just create a wallpaper with the intention that "Oh no! I gotta submit sth here and fast!" It takes time,a plan to properly execute things,hardwork and ofcourse patience. Its an art and art takes a whole lotta time! Something clumsy is not what makes the spectators go spellbound and release their oh so crazy fangirlism!
Just a total back bg would've made a bolder impression and the vector being either on the right side or on the left leaving space for the icons to be put.
And the text says "Rock out loud" in a smudged weird font... and oh in multicolour! Your wall doesn't rock out loud and neither does haruhi why that title?
O Yeah now that I come to think of it that vector isn't yours.Next time try and layback
give everything a lot of thought before going ahead and constructing something downright
slaphappy.

PurpleMaiden, I think you need to calm down... especially since you haven't submitted any wallpapers yourself. =|

Anyway, I really like this one. The colours against the black background look great. =) The only change I'd make is to get rid of the text, not sure why but for me it just throws off the whole thing a little. Other than that, great job.
