Even though I am not a huge fan of using titles in a wallpaper, especially ones that draw's attention to themselves, I think that in this case it served your wallpaper well. It contributes to the kind of sin city look you have going on, even though the wall is prodominantly blue.

That being said, my personal opinion is that it would look better, and make a much better impact without the text: the title text distracts attention from the image and from what you should be looking at...the sharingan eye...

as a wallpaper, i believe it is successful...but as a wallpaper based on Naruto...not consistent.
